Georgia Southern faculty delivers keynote address at Poetry Institute of China
Richard Flynn, Ph.D., professor of English in the Department of Literature, delivered a keynote address titled 鈥淧oetry for Young People in Anti-Poetic Times鈥� at the Poetry Institute of China鈥檚 鈥�1st Symposium on the Current Situation and Future Development of Children鈥檚 Poetry.鈥� The event was held Aug. 18 through Aug. 23 in Hongcun, China.
The symposium was co-sponsored by The Poetry Institute, Danzeng College of Humanities, Peking University鈥檚 Academy of Chinese Poetry, and its School of Foreign Languages.
