High school students dive into public health, one of the nation鈥檚 top fields of study, at Georgia Southern institute this summer
In the wake of the pandemic there has been an explosion of interest in public health as a field of study in universities around the country. In response, Georgia Southern鈥檚 Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health will host the inaugural Rising Scholars Public Health Summer Institute for high school juniors and seniors June 22鈥�24 on the Statesboro Campus. The program will expose students to the breadth and depth of the public health discipline.聽

National youth conference returns to in-person March 6-9
The 2022 National Youth Advocacy and Resilience Conference returns in-person to the Hyatt Regency Savannah after going virtual last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The conference, sponsored by 91涩漫鈥檚 College of Education, Georgia Youth Challenge Program and Youth Today, will be held March 6-9.
