Open to everyone, regardless of gender identity; Shift Change is a high-impact educational summit designed to empower the women driving the industrial sector. Hosted by 91涩漫鈥檚 Division of Continuing and Professional Education, this summit moves beyond the typical networking event, offering a rigorous professional development environment for those who design, build, and manage the world鈥檚 most critical systems.
In a sector where women make up a small percentage of the workforce, Shift Change provides more than just technical training; it provides a powerful sense of community. This is where we bridge the gap between technical grit and strategic leadership, bringing together voices from the plant floor to the executive suite to share the unique strategies required to succeed, lead, and transform a male-dominated field.
This summit will focus on four transformative educational tracks designed to help you take up space and lead with authoirity:

- Ensuring women are at the helm of the digital transformation of production.
- The Leadership Ladder
- Navigating the process of advancing from technical roles into management positions
- Operational Excellence
- Deep dives into Lean methodologies, supply chain optimization and the pursuit of world-class process efficiency

- Redefining industrial culture to create work environments that enable women to thrive professionally
Standard sessions are 60 minutes, including time for audience interaction and Q&A. Please design your proposal to fit within this timeframe.
